Behind the Scenes: Banner Contest
We thought you would enjoy seeing some “Behind the Scene” photos from Provo Craft, as the design challenge begins. Thank you for all of your entries! We were truly in awe of your talent! Here’s just a sample of what we received for the Banner Challenge. All the entries were displayed for all to see. We had a hard time voting on our favorites! Provo Craft employees each had a chance to take a look and even we at the Cricut Blog got to put our votes in for a design challenge winner!
Thanks so much for participating and don’t forget to join the Cricut Expression 2 launch party on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/OfficialCricut) during the HSN airings to find out who won the challenge (and who will receive a new Cricut Expression 2!).
HSN airings on 9/26 at 12AM (which is really Sunday night, 9/25), 1AM, 4AM, 8AM, 11AM, 12PM, 5PM, 9PM and 10PM EST. Launch party begins at 9:00PM EST Sunday night (9/25) – we’ll be featuring star bloggers, announcing the E2 Design Challenge winners, answering questions about the E2, sharing projects and tutorial videos, and of course we’ll have giveaways (maybe something special for those that stay up with us during the wee hours). We hope you’ll join us!

All the entries look so WONDERFUL! Will we be able to see them right side up? I hope so-they are so cute. Blessings.
my favorite is the monochromatic green scalloped banner. Very cool.

They all look fantastic. It must be a lot of fun to see all the different styles of crafters. Can’t wait to see the winners and some of the others. See you bright and early Monday or late Sunday. How ever you want to look at it.

Amazing! I cannot believe how WONDERFUL all of the banners turned out. Seriously! So happy that I do not have to vote – what a tough job. I saw my two banners in the photos, but I saw soooo many truly beautiful works of art!! The cricut community truly rocked this challenge!!!

Will the upgrade enhancements to the E2 be available to existing E2′s? Will we just need to do a sync like on the Gypsy to fix current problems?
Yay! I saw one of mine! At least I know that they made it in time now! The post office never updated the delivery confirmation, so I’ve been wondering for days if my banners made it!
I see my banner!! It is in the last two photos–in the second to last photo, it is at the bottom right and you can only see part of it. In the last photo, it is the third one up from the bottom–it is done in purples & pink tones. So exciting to see it! I LOVE how it came out–I hope they did too lol
